Accessing the AI CSM Avatar

To access this module, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Aviso. From the bottom right-hand corner, select the AI CSM Avatar.

  1. View key deal metrics such as priority renewals coming up in the next 120 days.

  1. Explore insights by selecting from pre-generated AI queries or by asking your own questions in natural language.
