A Mutual Action Plan (MAP) is a collaborative workspace designed to align buyers and sellers on key milestones, responsibilities, and timelines throughout the deal cycle. Upon receiving an email invitation, users can join the MAP room to begin their journey. From
selecting a deal and applying a relevant template to assigning roles and setting
expectations, the MAP streamlines complex sales processes into clear, actionable steps. Users can prepare and manage action items, attach critical documents, and define key deliverables — all while maintaining real-time visibility and communication. With tools for collaboration, automation, and customization, the MAP ensures that every stakeholder remains aligned and accountable from start to finish.
