This module is more than a database; it is a dynamic workspace that enables teams to efficiently manage complex client interactions. From capturing detailed account information to tracking relationships, deals, and organizational hierarchies, the Accounts module ensures every aspect of the client’s profile is readily accessible. It fosters collaboration through dedicated virtual spaces for discussions and task tracking while providing actionable insights through AI- powered recommendations.

Each sub-module within the Accounts module addresses a specific dimension of account management, such as visualizing organizational charts, mapping product engagement, managing to-dos, or tracking the progress of deals. By seamlessly integrating these sub-modules, the Accounts module ensures that all client interactions are synchronized, personalized, and aligned with broader business strategies.

To access the Accounts Module, follow these steps:

  1.   Log in to Aviso. Click Accounts from the upper menu bar.
  2. You will be redirected to the Accounts page. Here you can view the list of all the currently available accounts in the system.
  3. You can filter the accounts you want to view by selecting the desired filter from the drop-down menu.
