Activity Timeline provides a consolidated, chronological view of all deal-related interactions within Aviso’s Deals Board. It brings together meetings, emails, and executive connects into a single visual stream, using clear color indicators for quick identification. Powered by Aviso AI, the timeline highlights critical moments such as follow-ups, decision requests, next steps, and buyer engagement signals. 


To access this feature, follow these steps:
 

  1. Log in to Aviso. Click Dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand side menu, select Conversational Intelligence.
  3. You will be redirected to the CI dashboard, where you will be able to view different tabs on the upper menu bar. Select Deals Board.
  4. You will be redirected to the Deals Board tab. Here you can view the different deals alongwith their details in a tabular form.
  5. The Activity Timeline column visually categorizes different interaction types for quick identification—meetings are displayed in green, emails in blue, and executive connects are distinctly highlighted. You can expand the activity timeline tab to view the detailed information. 
  6. For email interactions, Aviso highlights important moments such as follow-ups, decision requests, and next steps, and provides context-aware response suggestions to help reps progress the deal.
  7. For qualification calls and other key interactions, it automatically captures attendee details, buyer interest scores, and discussion points—giving teams immediate visibility into deal momentum and recommended actions.
