Note:

This setting allows you to restrict the forwarding of Aviso email to a specific email address or domains. Perform the following steps to bypass specific email addresses and domains.

  1. After you select the checkbox named Add more recipients, select Show options.
    The page expands into the address lists to be bypassed and allowed.

  2. Under the Address lists, select the checkbox named Use address lists to bypass or control application of this setting.
  3. Choose the radio button Bypass this setting for specific addresses / domains.
  4.  Click on Use existing or create a new one.
    After you click on this option, you can view or create a list of email addresses and domains.
  5. To create new list, perform the following steps.
    1. Click + icon at the right-hand side of the lists.
    2. Enter the email address or domain name in the text box.

  6.  If you wish to allow specific email addresses/domains to forward the email, continue to Only allow specific email addresses/domains or click Save.

    Note:

    The + icon appears only after you have created the lists as mentioned in step 4.
