I have SSO configured on the Aviso account But when I sign in I receive an error message stating Not authorized

Problem: Your Identity Provider (IdPs such as OKTA, OneLogin, Internal IDP, and so on) account may be associated with a different email address than your Aviso account.

Solution: Ensure that the email address in your account for the IdP matches your Aviso’s email address.
